Where This Started

It started with a simple observation.

I spent years working across IT asset management, device lifecycle services, and technology support. Every year, I watched thousands of laptops, desktops, servers, and networking devices reach the end of their life cycle.

What happened next was surprising.

Most organizations treated e-waste as an afterthought. Devices with recoverable value were discarded. Data security was often a concern. Compliance was complicated. And sustainable disposal was rarely as transparent as it should have been.

At the same time, businesses were under increasing pressure to meet ESG commitments and environmental responsibilities.

The problem wasn’t a lack of awareness. The problem was a lack of trusted partners.

So, we decided to build one.

I brought together expert Javed Chaudhary from asset disposition, refurbishment, recycling and Zaid Chaudhary from compliance management. People who had spent years seeing the same challenges from different angles.

Together, we looked at the gap and asked a simple question:
